Our innovation in product development is widely recognized throughout the industry for our ability to adapt to food trends and changing consumer profiles fast and efficiently. Some of our most recent and notable innovations include industry firsts such as a complete line of gluten free products which featured the first commercially available certified gluten free flat ‘bread’ cracker and the first nationally available Biodynamic grape juice.

On the distribution side, our state of the art distribution center makes us one of the few suppliers with a truly diversified offering of over 150 brands and over 5,000 Frozen, Grocery and Perishable products all under one roof – a true one-stop-shop for distributors and retailers.

Customer service is a top priority and our lifelong relationships in the industry speak directly to it. We go above and beyond for our customers including a growing team of sales representatives and committed broker network and opportunities for exclusive items and private label products.

What is Kosher?

Kosher food is essentially food that does not have any non-kosher ingredients. What makes something kosher is that meat and milk products are not mixed together, animal products from non-kosher animals (like pork, shellfish, and others) are not included. There are a number of other requirements that need to be met, both in the process of food preparation and who performs the process (see the glossary below for some examples).
